A Memorial Tribute DVD is "a celebration of a life lived" - a treasured and lasting keepsake of your loved one. It consists of two parts - the first being a documented account of the life of your loved one and the second, personal photographs selected by the family of their loved one's life. Both parts are set to music of your choice.
Each tribute we create is unique and fully personalised to the family's wishes and ensuring that your loved one is remembered in a very special way is paramount.
In order to create a Memorial Tribute DVD in respect of your loved one, we would require the following:
(01) PHOTOS
(a) You would need to select the photographs you wish to incorporate - usually 45 is normal. However, additional photographs can be incorporated for a charge of 75p each. You can supply the photographs on a CD disc if this is an easier alternative for you. All photographs will be returned to you with your finished Memorial Tribute DVD.
(b) You would need to decide what order you would like the photographs to appear and number each one accordingly.
(02) MUSIC
Think carefully about the background music you wish to incorporate within the Memorial Tribute DVD. This could be music that was a favourite of your loved one or maybe something that has a personal meaning to you as a family. The music must be supplied to us on an ORIGINAL CD please. Again, these will be returned to you.
(03) INFORMATION
This is the standard information about your loved one such as date and place of birth, where they went to school, what job they did, where they married and honeymooned, children and grandchildren information and any hobbies, likes and dislikes. We also like to incorporate things such as stories or happenings, funny or serious of indeed anything else that you would like documented in order to build as full a picture as possible about your loved one and their personality, particularly beneficial for future family members. You may think these requirements are a bit personal, but you could remember things now that may be forgotten in a few years time. This Memorial Tribute DVD is personal to you and your family - it is a celebration of a life lived that has now moved on to another dimension.
We would strongly advise that anything sent to us in order to create your Memorial Tribute DVD is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (the preferred option) or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery in order that we can sign for the items. We will email you to let you know we have received everything safely. Everything will be returned to you by us using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: We have not produced an order form for the Memorial Tribute DVD as each one will be unique to that individual. Therefore it is very important that you include as much information as possible, either written, typed or emailed in order we can create a tribute that reflects the life of your Loved One in the best way possible.
